Communicating with your clients just got even easier, thanks to the ability to schedule ticket replies within Teamwork Desk. Say goodbye to any tedious calculating you once had to do in order to determine the correct time to send a reply to another time zone. Simply select the time zone in which your recipient is located, or pick your own desired sending time.

Plus, you can schedule your replies up to one year in advance, so you can plan ahead with confidence.

With the release of advanced filtering in Table View, you can now filter your tasks by a number of items, including assignee, board column, and custom field.

With all these advanced filters at your fingertips, it’s easy to see why Table View is becoming the go-to view of choice for so many teams juggling work for multiple clients.

Good news, Outlook users! Teamwork’s integration with your email platform of choice means it’s now possible to perform Teamwork actions without having to leave Outlook, including creating tasks and adding files to tasks.

Get a better understanding of how individual users’ work impacts the profitability of projects they’re working on, thanks to the new User tab. You can even drill down into specific users’ work to see the bigger profitability picture—including cost rate, default billable rate, and more.
